Somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body's signals.
Mindfulness to increase self-awareness, emotional resilience, and present-moment connection.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier coping skills.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and beliefs.
