My Therapeutic Approach

In my therapy practice, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift limiting thought patterns and beliefs, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support you in building skills that balance acceptance and change. These tools help us address anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges you may be facing.

While these methods are helpful, I believe deeper, lasting change happens when we explore the root of your experiences—if you're open to it. I integrate Family Systems theory, inner child work, and somatic practices to highlight how your nervous system and past dynamics may be influencing your present.

As a trauma-informed clinician, your sense of safety is always a priority. I also incorporate mindfulness to support greater self-awareness and presence.
